Ordering
Foil stickers are stickers that have a metallic finish that reflects light and adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your design.
Foil Faced offers a wide range of single foil colours, including Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Red, Pink, Blue, Black, Green and More.
FoilFaced offers a range of sizes and shapes to choose from, and you can also customize the size and shape of your stickers to fit your design.

Delivery & Shipping
You can order as few as 10 stickers or as many as 10,000 stickers depending on your budget and demand.
You can either upload your own design or use the Foil Faced online design tool to create one from scratch. You can also browse their gallery of templates and inspiration to get some ideas.
We provide four shipping options, all of which are available for selection during checkout. If the order is placed before 9am or the previous day and we have the correct personalisation details, the shipping times are as follows:
Free 2nd class shipping typically takes 5-7 working days, but may take longer.
1st class shipping is available for £3.99 and usually takes 1-2 working days, but is not guaranteed.
Priority shipping is available for £9.99, which places the order in the front line of our queue/orders and speedy shipping.
For international shipping, we use Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Delivery usually takes approximately 7-15 days, but is not guaranteed and may take up to 25 business days.
Please note that for any shipping option chosen for orders of more than 10 sheets of labels, shipping times may be longer.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value customer service and strive to respond as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 hours, but response times may take up to 24 hours during busy printing periods throughout the day.
Please be aware that during busy periods, orders may be delayed by 1-2 weeks. This will be indicated by a banner across the top of the page during these times.
Foil Faced offers free shipping within the UK on ALL orders
Pricing
Once you have made a purchase at checkout, Foil Faced will start printing your order within a few hours.
However, if you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you can contact our customer service team to see if it’s possible before printing has commenced to amend your order – Usually we start printing within a few hours – 12 hours from payment. If we have already started the process we will not be able to refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact FoilFaced’s customer service team, and they will work with you to find a solution.
We can use most formats sent to us from customers ( such as jPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, PSD, AI, EPS, INDD, RAW, SVG ) so we do not charge for this service as long as the following guidelines are followed.
Your image must be in a single colour such as black, blue, pink, red etc. ( preferably black )
with no shade or gradient. We cannot print photos.
We can convert some images which have more than one colour so please feel free to send us your design to check – support@foilfaced.com
Please note if you send us your image in more than one colour it will be printed in just 1 foil colour that you have chosen at checkout.
If you wish for us to do a design for you the price starts from £29 – this includes three changes in order to get the correct design for you.
Your design will be sent back to you as a Vector file in a single colour ready for the design to be converted into foil

Returns
As with any commercial transaction, there are terms and conditions that apply to purchases made at our store in accordance with UK laws. We would like to draw your attention to our Return and Refund Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions that govern returns and refunds for products purchased from our store.
Please note that we do not accept returns for personalised or customised goods, in accordance with UK laws.
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may request a refund and return the product within one week of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt of purchase, and must be free from damage. If the product is found to be damaged, we reserve the right to cancel your refund.
We take pride in the quality of our products and conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure that our customers receive the best possible products. However, in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or quality issues, we will notify you in advance and process a refund for any online payment made.
Please note that we are not liable for damages caused to products during transit or transportation.
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the guidelines outlined above, we will issue a refund of your purchase. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.
We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3-7 business days in the UK, excluding holidays. However, there may be exceptional circumstances that cause a delay in shipping. In the event of a delay or cancellation of your order, we will notify you in advance and process a refund for any online payment made.
